How can I become a customer of GSMPlus.nl?

To be able to order as a customer at GSMPlus, you must first register as a customer on GSMPlus.nl. This can be done easily by clicking on the following link. Please note we only deliver to business customers. After approval you can log in and view the prices and then order.

Can anyone become a customer of GSMPlus.nl?

You can only become a GSMPlus customer if you are a business customer.

Can I also place an order from abroad?

Of course you can also order from abroad. For business customers abroad, it is important to state your Chamber of Commerce and VAT number.

How do I place an order?

  • First, search for the products you want to buy. Fill the shopping cart so that you can continue shopping or complete the order.
  • When continuing to order, you virtually walk through our cash register. You enter your name, address and billing information.
  • Choose a preferred payment method.
  • The order can be completed.
  • You will receive an order confirmation in your email.

Can I view my previous orders?

You can view your previous orders by logging into your account. You do this by clicking on 'account' at the top right and entering your email address and password. Above you see 'Orders'. Click on it to view all orders.

Can I also pick up my order?

Unfortunately it is not possible to collect your order. We ship all goods the same day, so that your order can be delivered the next working day. This saves time and allows us to ship everything on time.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, this is certainly possible. During the ordering process in step two, you can provide us with a different delivery address. The invoice is always sent by e-mail to the specified e-mail address. You can also view your invoices at any time by logging in under your own created account.

What should I do if a previously ordered product is no longer on the website?

If a previously ordered product is no longer visible in the webshop, it is possible that it has been removed from our range. This really doesn't mean you can't get the product anymore. Feel free to contact our customer service by sending an email to support@gsmplus.nl. We can then see which product has replaced it. We may be able to offer this product under a different name.

What are the delivery times?

We strive to ship the placed orders the same working day, with POSTNL or UPS.

I have forgotten my password, what now?

Click on "forgot password". You can then enter an email address. Within a few minutes you will receive an email with which you can set a new password.
